Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore personal challenges, life experiences, and emotions. Session focus on helping individuals better understand patterns in thoughts, feelings and behaviors while developing tools to manage stress, anxiety, and other life challenges.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with greater understanding, balance, and emotional well-being.
My therapeutic approach integrates several evidenced based methods, including CBT, mindfulness-based practices and psychodynamics. These approaches allow us to explore the underlining factors (root cause) contributing to challenges while also developing practical tools for coping and growth.
I believe that each individual is the true expert on their own life. My role is to help guide the process by offering insight, perspective and evidenced-based strategies that support your goals.

I am passionate about, and have significant experience supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and those working through addictive behaviors. As someone who is also part of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it is to feel seen, understood and supported in therapy. My goals is to provide a safe and affirming environment where client's can explore their experiences openly and work towards meaningful change.
